Not very many of the creative entrepreneurs I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing can say they have spent their entire career in various fields, almost exclusively as a freelance artist or entrepreneur. Sometimes that flair to be self-employed is just IN you. This is exactly the case for Christina Weber.
Christina spent many years doing graphic design and owned her own firm in Denver, CO. She went on to do freelance catalog styling and design for Williams Sonoma before launching her current company, Studio Patro almost six years ago. Studio Patro is a luxury kitchen linen company with bright and modern tea towels and lovely linen aprons. I brought many of her beautiful linens into Truck & Barter (our general store) because I loved everything so much!
Christina has a rich story to tell, and gracefully shares what motivates her, what her daily design process is like in her studio in San Francisco, and how important it is to not only get onto blogs, but into gift guides, magazines and trade shows to really get your brand in front of your customers.
I hope you enjoy the show! If so please share with a friend! Thanks so much!!!! ~Julia xox
