A quirky and creative wedding at the Musee Conti, New Orleans

Take one look as this amazingly fun and creative wedding and you will wish you were one of the guests seated underneath the 1001 handmade origami cranes at the ceremony. I had the pleasure of working with Kathleen and Nic on their wedding and was truly blown away by all the sweet handmade details the couple brought together to make their big day unique. From Princess Bride tributes, to Doctor Who references, to an animated dinosaur ‘reading’ via television during the ceremony, the whole day was full of surprises. The couple trusted me to bring their quirky creation to life, and I hope I lived up to their expectations! Weather this is your personal style or not, you have to hand it to them for being incredibly creative and thoughtful, as each tiny detail represented some aspect of their life together. Maile Lani worked her magic behind the lens and captured each moment beautifully! Enjoy ~Julia
